1. Kesalahan konfigurasi
Jika anda pertama kali konfigurasi e-mail atau konfigurasi server/hosting e-mail, terkadang ada sejumlah e-mail yang tidak bisa anda terima. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, anda bisa memastikan, pertama dengan PING ke alamat domain anda untuk mengecek apakah domain, hosting dan DNS anda sudah terkonfigurasi dengan benar. Selanjutnya, anda bisa memastikan MX record dan SPF sudah terkonfigurasi dengan benar. Anda bisa meminta bantuan dari hosting provider anda untuk hal ini.
